At Suprasports, we value your satisfaction above all else. We understand that sometimes mistakes happen, and we want to make it right for you. Our commitment is to ensure a seamless shopping experience, including hassle-free returns and refunds. Read on to learn more about our straightforward Return and Refund Policy.
All concerns regarding return, refund or replacement must be raised within 7 days upon receiving the items. Any complaints outside of this period, will no longer be entertained.
Eligibility for Return:
To be eligible for a return, you must meet the following conditions:
- You must have a clear proof, strictly provide a video and supporting photos showing that we sent you the incorrect order.
- The product must be unused, undamaged and unwashed. We ask that when trying on new underwear or any garment with a crotch, you do so only over your own clean underwear.
- Due to health and hygiene regulations, we cannot accept the return of worn undies. For context, undies that have been tried on must be discarded and cannot be re-sold.
Accepted Reasons for Return and Replacement
- Sizes and Colors Concerns
- If you have received an incorrect set of colors from your requested colors,
- If you have received an incorrect size from your checked out order.
2. Production Defects and/or Stitch Problems
- If you have received a product with a staggered or unraveled stitch.
Please note that the following situations are not eligible for a return and replacement,
- If the product has been used, damaged, or is not in its original condition.
- If the size or color concern arises due to customer error, negligence, or inaccurate product information provided by the customer.
- If the product were intentionally defaced.
- Bras that have been deformed due to improper handling to the designated shipping company may not be eligible for a replacement.
- Products purchased during clearance sales or promotional events, marked as final sale, unless they are damaged.
Return Process:
If your return request meets the eligibility criteria, please follow the steps below:
- Contact our customer support team to initiate the return process, providing relevant details and proof of purchase, as required.
- Our team will guide you through the return process, including providing you with a return reference number to be shown to the designated shipping company.
- Pack the product securely, including all packaging inclusions.
- Ship the package back to us using our designated shipping company. Please note that return shipping costs are generally the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise specified.
Eligibility for Refund:
We generally do not offer refunds unless the problem with your purchase occurred due to our error.
Once we receive the returned item and verify that the error occurred on our part, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued in the original form of payment used for the purchase. Please note that it may take 3-5 days (from the day we received the disputed item) before we can send you a refund.
Please note that the following situations are not eligible for a refund:
- Changes of mind or personal preference.
- Errors or damages caused by improper handling, misuse, or neglect of the product.
- Products that have been altered, washed, or repaired by unauthorized parties.
- Normal wear and tear of the product.
We reserve the right to refuse a request for return, replace and refund that do not meet the criteria mentioned above. Moreso, we have the sole responsibility to decide whether or not an item contains a production defect.
